The National Council on Agricultural Life and Labor Research Fund, Inc. (NCALL Research) was established nearly 50 years ago and provides financial and technical assistance for non-profit housing developers in the Delmarva Peninsula.

FA (2006) - $278,731

National Council on Agricultural Life and Labor Research, Inc. (NCALL) is a certified CDFI established in 1976. NCALL is a loan fund and a technical assistance and advocacy organization, assisting nonprofits in Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia in developing affordable rental and ownership housing for low-income households. NCALL will use a 2006 Financial Assistance Award of $202,731 and a 2006 Technical Assistance (TA) Award of $76,000 to expand its funding and technical assistance throughout the three states. The TA grant will allow NCALL to develop new loan products and increase marketing efforts in the expansion region.



TA (2004) - $47,000

The National Council on Agricultural Life and Labor Research Fund, Inc. (NCALL Research) will use the award to obtain: consulting services to expand loan products and related lending policies and procedures; staff and Board training in lending; and computer technology.
