Incorporated in June 2000, tThe Idaho-Nevada Community Development Financial Institution (INCDFI) provides business loans and affordable housing development financing to Investment Areas in the states of Idaho and Nevada.

FA (2008) - $741,000

Idaho-Nevada CDFI is a nonprofit loan fund in operation since 1999. It serves disadvantaged communities Nevada and Idaho, and attempts to serve both rural and urban areas. It provides development services along with affordable housing, small business, and community facility lending in economically disadvantaged areas in both states. Idaho-Nevada CDFI will use its FY08 Financial Assistance award of $741,000 to increase its lending activity.



FA (2006) - $246,500

Idaho-Nevada Community Development Financial Institution (I-N CDFI) is a certified CDFI, established in 1999 to enhance the economic independence and halt community deterioration in rural Idaho and Nevada by providing financing for small locally owned business, affordable housing development, and community infrastructure projects. The 2006 Financial Assistance Award of $246,500 will allow I-N CDFI to leverage additional sources of financing and, over the next three years, nearly double the size of its loan portfolio, increase affordable rental units, and create jobs in low-income communities.



FA (2004) - $290,000

The Idaho-Nevada Community Development Financial Institution (INCDFI) will use the award award to increase the volume of its activities and shift its focus to providing products to Hot Zones. They project that their activities will lead to the development or rehabilitation of 144 units of affordable housing, and the creation or retention of 32 jobs, all in Hot Zones.



SECA (2002) - $178,500

The financial assistance award will help capitalize ID-NV CDFI"s loan fund. The technical assistance award will enable the Awardee to develop policies and procedures and conduct a market analysis.
