Communicating Arts Credit Union is a certified CDFI established in 1935. The CDFI provides consumer products to an African American Target Market in Detroit, Michigan, with a special focus on the Highland Park community. Communicating Arts will use its FY2009 Financial Assistance award as lending capital for its Target Market, which includes a new branch in a low-income community.
