FA (2007) - $314,952

Community Development Resources (CDR), established in 1995, is a certified CDFI. CDR provides micro-loans, small business loans, and community development loans in Nebraska. CDR will use its FY07 FA award to expand its business lending throughout Nebraska and to support its loan loss reserves. CDR will use its TA award to: 1) pay staff salary and benefits; 2) train staff and board members; 3) purchase and install new computer equipment; and 4) pay for marketing materials.



TA (2005) - $47,500

CDR will use the 2005 TA grant of $47,500 for staff salary and consulting costs to conduct a market analysis to determine how to expand its service area into the 50 counties surrounding its current market of Lincoln, Nebraska. Projected product expansion includes construction financing for affordable housing development, businesses and community service facilities.



TA (2004) - $38,816

Community Development Resources received an award to obtain consulting services to design a capitalization strategy and enhance management operations; obtain staff training in community development lending; for staff salary to develop a market analysis and marketing plan; and computer technology for its staff.
