NMTC (2003) - $2,250,000

Corporation will utilize its NMTC allocation to provide loans to businesses in low-income communities in the rural counties of Decatur and Hardin in Tennessee. D.C.C.D. will make commercial-related loans, including non-farm, nonresidential real estate loans, construction and land development loans, and commercial/industrial loans. The NMTC allocation will enable D.C.C.D. to offer more favorable loan products to borrowers, including loans with more favorable and flexible interest rates and terms designed specifically for businesses located in lowincome communities.
