Dallas Affordable Housing Coalition (DAHC) is a non-profit organization established in 1995. DAHCa€™s mission is to develop and implement a broadly accepted vision and strategic plan for an adequate supply of affordable housing units in Dallas. DAHC offers subordinated financing of housing projects that are designed to produce affordable single family housing units.

The technical assistance award will be used for DAHC to purchase technology, obtain consulting services for development of a capitalization strategy and targeted marketing program.
