A StartUp Melbourne feature highlights Geoff Gourley, the founder of the social enterprise accelerator One10 and the $100 million Impact Investment Fund.

In a podcast, Gourley talks about the nuances of social entrepreneurship and the opportunity this field presents for tackling problems while generating a positive impact not only to shareholders but also to the community.

As Gourley explains, Australia's nonprofit social enterprise sector in 2015 was the second fastest growing business sector. Now, there are more than 660,000 nonprofits and social enterprises in the country.

Gourley launched the One10 Accelerator Program that aims to provide social entrepreneurs with support and mentoring needed to build sustainable businesses around their ideas that tackle social issues.

Gourley's Impact Investment Fund enables high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and social good companies to invest in purposeful ventures.
