A new Arabella Advisors report titled "Moving Beyond Theories of Change: A Framework for Strategic Implementation," builds upon the work of Senior Managing Director Gwen Walden and her 25 years of experience in the philanthropic field.

The report shows the current state of philanthropic practice and closes the gap that frequently exists between philanthropic ideas on the one hand and their implementation outside the boardroom via the people, partners, and platforms that empower social impact.

Gwen examines diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts as central both to advancing justice and to building stronger relationships through listening and empathy - and thereby connecting with the "People" who power change.

Based on Arabella's work with fiscal intermediaries and impact investors, Gwen also addresses the emergence of a new type of "platform agnostic" philanthropy.
