This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), issued by the Office of Population Affairs (OPA), invites applications from public or private nonprofit entities to conduct research that will lead to feasible and effective strategies to increase access to quality Title X family planning services among hard
to reach populations or provide family planning services in resource limited areas, as well as among individuals who misuse opioids and/or other substances, including those with substance use disorders (SUDs).

2) Meeting the family planning needs of women and men who misuse opioids and/or other substances, including those with substance use disorders (SUDs), so they can prevent or achieve pregnancy when desired.
