University Scholarship Program (Phase VII)

On behalf of USAID/Lebanon, the Regional Procurement Office of USAID/Egypt is seeking Assistance Applications to implement theUniversity Scholarship Program (Phase VII)Subject to the availability of funds, USAID anticipates awarding two, eight-year awards in the range from $17 million to $18 million

per award.

USAID reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications submitted in response to this RFA.The program will be implemented through a cooperative agreement subject to the requirements outlined in the Request for Applications (RFA).
