Core Program Services for a Highway Research, Development, and Technology Program

The Federal Highway Administration plans to award a sole source Cooperative Agreement (Agreement) to the Transportation Research Board, a division within the National Academy of Sciences for continuation of services entitled, “Core Program Services for Highway Research, Development, and Technology

Program.” The authority to award this Agreement for this effort is found under Section 502(b)(3) of the United States Code Title 23, Surface Transportation Research.

This is NOT a request for competitive applications.

This is a notice of the Government’s intent to award a sole source Agreement.
