Food and Agriculture System Transformation (FAST)
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit public feedback on the attached draft concept of the Feed the Future Ethiopia Food and Agriculture System Transformation (FAST) Activity.
FAST is designed to increase access to healthy diets, particularly for women and children, by
improving the competitiveness, inclusiveness, and resilience of the food and agriculture system, as described in Section I of the Attachment.
FAST is expected to be a five-year activity with an estimated total amount range of $65M - $75M.

U. S. Non-profit/non-governmental organizations (NGOs) having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, or overseas-based non-profit/non-governmental organizations, and U. S. and overseas private/state institutions of higher education.
For-profit and commercial firms are not eligible to apply in response to this NOFO.
