Sources Sought Notice for USAID’s Science & Technology Policy Fellowship program (STPF) 2019
This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) issued by the U. S. Agency for International Development (USAID), U. S. Global Development Lab (Lab).
This is NOT a solicitation for work or a request for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations, and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part
of USAID.
Interested organizations may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements described below by responding to the questions outlined below.
In accordance with FAR 1 5. 201(e), responses to this SSN are not offers and cannot be accepted by USAID to form a contract.
This posting is strictly to gather “market research” information only.
Responses to this SSN are strictly voluntary and USAID will not reimburse respondents for information provided in response to this SSN.
The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research to gauge the interest and capabilities of industry to provide USAID with services necessary to deliver the Science & Technology Policy Fellowship (STPF) program.
In particular, USAID is interested in receiving capabilities statements from organizations qualifying as under NAICS 54161 1.

Eligible Applicants: SEAs; LEAs, including public charter schools that are considered LEAs under State law; IHEs; other public agencies; private nonprofit organizations; outlying areas; freely associated States; Indian Tribes or Tribal organizations; and for-profit organizations.
