New Youth Activity

The New Youth Activity seeks to strengthen institutions at the national level and in selected regions in the Philippines that will result in improved education, employment, and livelihood outcomes for youth, particularly marginalized youth who are out-of-school.

Specifically, this activity will

strengthen Philippine government interventions to provide second-chance opportunities for out-of-school youth to reenter formal education; strengthen Philippine government systems that support training and employment for out-of-school youth; and strengthen the enabling environment at both national and local levels to more effectively address youth development issues.
