quality improvement initiatives and malaria surveillance, entomological monitoring, and monitoring and implementation of other drug-based interventions.

With the improved surveillance data gained during the implementation of this activity, the Recipient and government partners will refine responses to outbreaks and foci of transmission and adjust Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) and other vector control interventions in zones with differing transmission profiles.

The target populations for the TMCM Activity are malaria at-risk populations, especially vulnerable populations such as pregnant women and children under five.
