2 to Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Number-72066319RFA00004 – The Pastoral Areas Resilience Activity (PARA).

The United States Government (“USG”), represented by the U. S. Agency for International Development’s (“USAID/ETHIOPIA”) hereby

amends the above-referenced NOFO.

The NOFO is amended to extend the closing date for submission of short written application from June 28, 2019 to July 8, 2019, 16:00 hours Addis Ababa Time.

AMENDMENT NO. 2 to NOFO

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Applicants are limited to tribal and non-tribal for-profit (commercial) organizations, non-profit organizations, faith-based and community organizations, institutions of higher learning, and consortiums with demonstrated national level and onsite experience supporting the development, implementation, and enhancement of tribal justice systems, and training tribal judges.

For-profit organizations must agree to waive any profit or fee.

Applicants may submit only one application; they cannot submit an individual application and also be part of a consortium that has submitted a separate application.

In this case, the individual application will not qualify for peer review.

For applications submitted by a consortium, one organization must serve as the applicant agency and written authorization (e.g., Memorandum of Understanding) from each consortium member must be included with the submission.
