Fiscal Year 2022 Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance Resilience Food Security Activity in Mozambique

Comments on the draft FY 2022 RFSA RFA for Mozambique are due on Monday April 5, 2021 at noon (Eastern Standard Time).
However, please do not wait until the last day to submit your consolidated comments and inquiries.
USAID/BHA is planning to have a virtual solicitation briefing while the RFA is in draft.
The virtual briefing information will be provided later.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
To be considered for a Title II-funded award, the applicant must be a PVO, PVO consortium, or an organization designated by USAID as a PIO.
PVOs may include U. S. and non-U. S. NGOs as defined in the Food for Peace Act.
Per the Food for Peace Act, universities are not eligible to apply as primes for any Title II-funded activity.
Universities can be sub-awardees or members of a consortium at the discretion of the prime applicant.
