USAID/BHA is planning to have a virtual solicitation briefing while the RFA is in draft.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
To be considered for a Title II-funded award, the applicant must be a PVO, PVO consortium, or an organization designated by USAID as a PIO.

PVOs may include U. S. and non-U. S. NGOs as defined in the Food for Peace Act.

Per the Food for Peace Act, universities are not eligible to apply as primes for any Title II-funded activity.

Universities can be sub-awardees or members of a consortium at the discretion of the prime applicant.
