WaterSMART: Title XVI Congressionally Authorized Water Reclamation and Reuse Projects
The objective of this FOA is to invite sponsors of congressionally authorized water reclamation and reuse projects (Projects) to request cost-shared funding for the planning, design, and/or construction of those Projects

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Sponsors of any one of the 53 Title XVI Projects specifically authorized by the Title XVI Act; provided that the Title XVI Project has not reached its Federal funding ceiling as specified in the Title XVI Act.
