Bay-Delta Collaborative Science and Adaptive Management Study Program

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to Delta Stewardship Council under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 1 5. 512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(g)(4-8) and 3407(e).

total amount of agreement is $2,000,00 0. 0 0. Reclamation is providing $2,000,00 0. 00 in Fiscal Year 201 8. The objectives of the project are to:
Objective #1:
Finalize solicitation guidelines in consultation with Reclamation Objective #2:
Manage and provide reports on proposal solicitation and review Objective #3:
Conduct outreach and communication through public forums and documents.

Objective #4:
Administer, track, report, and close-out subawards (Refer to the Notice of Intent to Award Announcement No.

BOR-MP-18-N036 for additional information) A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2. 14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
