Life Cycle Modeling Project

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to University of California, Santa Cruz under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 1 5. 512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(b)(1) and 3407(e).

total amount of agreement is $2,776,40 6. 0 0. Reclamation is providing $1,000,00 0. 00 in Fiscal Year 201 8. The objectives of the project are to:
1) develop a set of operational and restoration actions as a scenario; 2) convert the operations into rules that are implemented in a CALSIM run; 3) develop DSM2 and temperature model results for incorporation into the WRLCM; 4) utilize information on the restoration actions, DSM2, and temperature outputs to run the WRLCM (including the ePTM); and 5) evaluate the WRLCM outputs to see if the intended results were obtained.
