Improving Public Health Globally: Strengthening Public Health Impact , Systems, Capacity, and Security in Sierra Leone

The Ministry of Health and Sanitation and Sanitation (MoHS) will utilize the Improving Public Health Globally:
Strengthening Public Health Impact, Systems, Capacity, and Security Notice Of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to support and achieve GHSA strategic priorities in Sierra Leone.

GHSA, the Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL), U. S. Government, and International Partners are working toward a world safe and secure from global health threats including the economic and humanitarian impacts of infectious diseases.

The GoSL and partners are working toward successful implementation of the GHSA by supporting all action packages with an initial focus on epidemiology and surveillance, workforce development, quality improvement and quality assurance, laboratory systems strengthening, and emergency management.

All activities completed under this NOFO funding will leverage, compliment, or synergize with existing CDC and U. S. Government funded work in Sierra Leone.
