to grow the cohort of clients on antiretroviral therapy (ART).

Despite good progress, men, youth and children remain behind.

The recipient(s) will develop a well-defined, tailored, integrated approach for comprehensive HIV services mentorship and direct service delivery to support the Ministry of Health (MOH) at site-level in the following areas:
(1) HIV testing services (HTS):
implementation of efficient, targeted case finding approaches.

(2) Care and Treatment services (ART, elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV [eMTCT], opportunistic infections/Advanced HIV Disease [OIs/AHD], differentiated service delivery models [DSDM]):
Linking and retaining clients to maintain the growth of the cohort while providing comprehensive high-quality care and treatment services including for eMTCT with effective treatment adherence and back-to-care strategies and client-centered DSDM.

(3) HIV Prevention services:
Linking HIV-negative clients to preventive services including pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) through appropriate approaches among high-risk groups, particularly men and young women.

The anticipated outcome is progress towards UN 95-95-95 goals across all age/sex groups with continued growth in the ART cohort, improved quality of care, improved access to client-centered DSDM, and reduced HIV incidence particularly among men and young women.
