Additional Information of Eligibility:Eligible applicants are institutions of higher education and non-profit organizations.
Applications from individuals, federal agencies, employees of federal agencies, for-profit organizations, and state, local, and Indian tribal governments will not be considered.
Any applicant that identifies a federal employee or federal contractor listed as a PI, co-PI, co-I, or a collaborator on the title page of a proposal will be deemed ineligible.
