The purposes of this modification are to:
1) Revise the eligibility information for applications under Area of Interest 4 on page 21 to remove the requirement that the prime recipient must perform more than 50% of the project work, as measured by the Total Project Costs; and 2) Revise and clarify
required LCOE analysis and include additional detail on assumptions in Appendix H – Guidelines for Tall Tower Estimates.
