PTAP Supplemental Funding

In the event excess FY19 funds are available, DLA will consider providing additional funding to increase a PTAC's ability to provide high quality services to their business clients.

Applications for supplemental funding may be emailed directly to sherry.savage@dla.mil or uploaded to grants.gov.

provides a definitive source of tracking but either method is acceptable.

The request for additional funding should be concise, usually one paragraph, and provide the estimated cost, description of the change, and if not readily apparent, why the expense is of benefit to the program.

Modification requests should not ordinarily exceed $50K as we only anticipate the potential for at total of $800K in excess funds, due to awards planned but not issued.

PTAC budgets may not exceed the statutory federal funding and cost matching thresholds.

The recipient need not provide cost matching funds for the supplemental portion unless the additional federal funding would breach a statutory threshold.

If excess funds are available, DLA will determine which modifications to make based on reasonableness and benefit to the PTAP.

Submit your request by August 28, 201 9.
