This opportunity to operate a Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is limited to eligible entities who propose to operate a PTAC in any Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) region, Wyoming, South Carolina, or several southeastern counties in the state of New York.

The anticipated period of

performance is one base year plus four option years.
