Supporting Citizen Facing Institutions During the State of Exception

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U. S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to support to citizen-facing entities such as ISNA and CONNA during El Salvador’s State of Exception with

urgent needs.

This includes the provision of very basic but emergency supplies and materials to the institutions, system strengthening, and general support in stabilization of this context.
