2021 Region 4 Source Reduction Assistance Grant

EPA Region 4 is announcing this grant competition and soliciting applications from eligible applicants that will improve community resilience and sustainability through pollution prevention.

Pollution Prevention is any practice that reduces the amount of any hazardous substance, pollutant, or

credit:


contaminant entering any waste stream or otherwise released into the environment (including fugitive emissions) prior to recycling, treatment or disposal.

Applicants’ projects must take place within EPA Region 4, which includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
