Great Lakes Biology Monitoring Program: Phytoplankton and Chlorophyll-a Components

RFA solicits applications from eligible entities for a cooperative agreement to be awarded pursuant to the statutory authorities referenced above and the GLRI Action Plan III.

Up to $3,000,000 may be awarded under this RFA over approximately five years, consisting of incremental funding of about $600,000 per year, contingent on the quality of applications received, funding availability, future appropriations, satisfactory performance of work, and other applicable considerations.

The application should include an annualized budget and budget detail narrative for the project, and a detailed workplan covering each year of the project.
