THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE.

The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Tennessee Technological University for the purpose of understanding how waterfowl use

credit:


habitats and the resources provided to complete their entire annual cycle.

This will be done by providing trapping locations, and providing assistance trapping mallards as needed and requested.

All location and movement data will be collected and analyzed as well as habitat resource availability and disturbance data.
