Applications to supplement existing projects are eligible to compete with applications for new awards.

If your organization received an award under the FY2017 or FY 2018 LHHTS Grant Program cycle, you are not eligible to apply unless you apply with a different Principal Investigator (PI).

Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
