Criminal Investigators Technical Assistance and Certification

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U. S. Department of State (INL) announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to:
design, manage, and administer training for federal and state investigators to improve high-impact

crime investigations linked to Transnational Crime Organizations (TCO’s).

This project aligns with Mexican and United States’ priorities which include reducing homicide rates, human and firearm’s trafficking, and trafficking in controlled substances.
