Strategic and Tactical Analysis Technical Assistance and Certification

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U. S. Department of State (INL) announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to:
design, manage, and administer training and certification for federal and state criminal analysts

in tactical and strategic analysis to improve high-impact crime investigations linked to Transnational Crime Organizations (TCOs).

The selected organization will coordinate with relevant federal and state actors to be determined by INL, to develop a standard in strategic and tactical analyses that meet CONOCER requirements.
