Metrics for State Department CTR Efforts

The Department of State's Office of Cooperative Threat Reduction (ISN/CTR) is pleased to announce an open competition for assessing effectiveness of ISN/CTR's nuclear, biological, and chemical security programs through this request for proposals (RFP).

ISN/CTR invites non-profit/non-governmental

organizations, international organizations, and educational institutions to submit proposals that will assess the effectiveness of ISN/CTR programming.

This analysis will provide policymakers with solid empirical basis to assess ISN/CTR effectiveness, devise new initiatives where needed, and choose among different policy options to meet future programmatic needs.
