Phase two:
Approximately five successful e-teacher participants from the PDET course from each consular district in India (25 total) will be selected to participate in a week-long Train-the-Trainers program (location to be determined) that is focused on effective facilitation of MOOC study groups and successful participation in virtual training with peer educators.

Phase three:
The 25 participants of the Train-the-Trainer program will return to their communities and serve as the facilitator of the PDET MOOC for a cohort of educators in their own communities and a receive a modest stipend for their facilitation.

Where appropriate, these cohorts could meet at American Corners.
