Subject to the availability of funds, USDOL’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to provide funding to an existing cooperative agreement
with the American Center for International Labor Solidarity without full and open competition, to extend the implementation of the program and its funding capacity in Mexico.
