Mexico, Texas, Wyoming, and Virgin Islands have chosen not to participate or have been found ineligible to participate in the Formula Grants program under Title II, Part B, of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (JJDP) Act (34 U.S.C.

§§ 11131-11133) for FY 202 0. Connecticut, Nebraska, Texas and Wyoming have chosen not to participate or have been found ineligible to participate in the Formula Grants program under Title II, Part B, of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (JJDP) Act (34 U.S.C.

§§ 11131-11133) for FY 2021 (This solicitation will refer throughout to applicants under this solicitation as "nonparticipating state" or "nonparticipating states").

As authorized under the JJDP Act at 34 U.S.C.

§ 11133(d), private nonprofit agencies and local public agencies in these states/jurisdictions are eligible to receive funding that OJJDP will competitively award through this solicitation.
