to resources for crime victims in rural/tribal areas, older victims, and victims of violent crime.

Liaisons should possess statewide networking connections for effective interaction with community leaders, allied professionals, and community stakeholders to achieve the objectives of this project.

OVC will conduct a pre-application webinar on Thursday, February 20, 2020, from 3:00 p.m.

to 4:00 p.m.

The following entities are eligible to apply: -states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U. S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements specified in the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) of 1984, 34 U.S.C.

§ 20103(b).

All recipients and subrecipients (including any for-profit organization) must forgo any profit or management fee.
