The purpose of this FOA is to provide existing SBA WBC grantees who have successfully completed a five (5) year Initial WBC Project by September 29, 2020, or those WBCs that will have successfully completed a three (3) year Renewal WBC Project by September 29, 2019, the opportunity to apply for a new
