Advanced-Stage Development and Utilization of Research Infrastructure for Interdisciplinary Aging Studies (R33 Clinical Trial Optional)

This FOA invites applications that propose to support advanced-stage development and utilization of novel research infrastructure to advance the science of aging in specific areas requiring interdisciplinary partnerships or collaborations.

This FOA will use the NIH Exploratory/Developmental Grants

Phase II mechanism to provide support for expanded activities.

Applicants are expected to have an existing research infrastructure developed, either through PA-12-064, or with other NIH or non-NIH support.

Through this award, investigators will develop a mature and sustainable research infrastructure to support projects that address key interdisciplinary aging research questions.
