Strengthening Media Initiative (SMI)

USAID/Georgia intends to award a cooperative agreement for the Strengthening Media Initiative (SMI) in order to improve the public’s access to independent, reliable and balanced information relevant to Georgia’s good governance.

The SMI will support development of a more professionalized media

to serve as a trusted conduit of information between citizens and their governing structures.
