This funding opportunity is only available to organizations that received funding under Funding Strategy 1 of CDC-RFA-OT18-1802: "Strengthening Public Health Systems and Services through National Partnerships to Improve and Protect the Nation's Health" in August 2018.
Recipients are eligible to submit applications for CIO Project Plans that match the Target Population Category and Target Population Description for which they received initial funding in FY18.
