Objectives also include supporting MOPH priority work to determine the impact and cost of seasonal influenza among vulnerable populations; assessing the value of influenza and other respiratory pathogen vaccines, antiviral medications, and other mitigation strategies; and evaluating optimal strategies for influenza and other respiratory pathogen vaccine delivery, communications and adverse event monitoring, to inform vaccine program optimization.

It is desired that sustainable best practices, identified through this cooperative agreement, will provide useful strategies that may be implemented in Thailand and in neighboring countries in Southeast Asia.
