Basket Clinical Trials of Drugs Targeting Shared Molecular Etiologies in Multiple Rare Diseases (U44 Clinical Trial Required)

The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to support basket clinical trials of drugs targeting shared molecular etiologies in more than one rare disease.

To facilitate clinical trial start up, and leverage existing datasets, preference will be given to applications focusing

credit:


on diseases that are under study by the Rare Disease Clinical Research Network (RDCRN), and that involve collaborations with RDCRN clinical investigators.
