Request for Information on Community-Based Education
The purpose of this Request forInformation (RFI) is to collect written information on Community BasedEducation (CBE) programs to address the issue of out-of-school children in theIslamic Republic of Afghanistan.
Theinformation will be used by U. S. Agency for International Development (USAID)to
identify major issues in the implementation of Community BasedEducation/Accelerated Education programs and improve future developmentoutcomes.

Eligibility is limited to not-for-profit organizations (Nongovernmental Organizations (NGO’s), Civil Society Organizations (CSO’s), Think-Tanks) officially registered in the Republic of Moldova.
American or other donor country organizations and individuals are not eligible for grants under this program.
The organizations without Moldovan registration can apply only as partners through an eligible organization.
