SBA-OIIFT-20-001 with estimated total program funding of $3,000,00 0. The award ceiling is $125,000 and the award floor is $ 0. Applicants may request any amount up to the award ceiling.

Funding will go to organizations to conduct proposal development training, outreach, mentoring, financial support, technical and business assistance to R&D focused small businesses interested in the SBIR/STTR Programs.

Applications will be considered from all 50 states, U. S. territories and the District of Columbia.

This program is authorized by Public Law (P.L.) 116-93 and 15 U.S.C.

657d(c).

Only one proposal from each state may be submitted to the SBA for consideration and this application must have a signed letter of endorsement from the state governor or equivalent.
