Lincoln Corners Pakistan – Administrative and Project Support

PAS Islamabad invites all eligible organizations (see Section D for Eligibility Requirements) to submit a proposal for a Cooperative Agreement to provide administrative, logistical and project support for the network of 18 Lincoln Corners in Pakistan for a two-year period, estimated to begin late September

201 8. Lincoln Corners (LCs) are partnerships between Pakistani institutions and the U. S. Embassy and Consulates.

LCs provide venues in public and university libraries and cultural centers that engage Pakistani citizens through programs and resources with the following goals:
build prosperity through economic development and entrepreneurship; improve access to accurate information about the United States; develop job skills for women and girls; build people-to-people connections that increase good will and understanding between the people of the United States and Pakistan.

One award of up to $250,000 will be issued for a duration of two years.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
All U. S. and Pakistani registered non-profit, non-governmental organizations, with relevant programming experience, are eligible to apply.

This experience should be documented in the organization’s proposal.

Organizations must provide proof of registration and non-profit status with their proposal application.

U.S.-based organizations should submit a copy of their IRS determination letter.

Pakistan-based organizations should submit a copy of their certificate of registration from the appropriate government organization.
