The U. S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite eligible organizations to submit applications for a cooperative agreement to provide a Quick Reaction Force (QRF) capacity available to deploy worldwide on short

notice to reduce the harmful effects of unexpected conventional weapons destruction (CWD)-related emergencies including munitions depot explosions, ammunition depots at risk of imminent explosion, and unexploded ordnance (UXO)/explosive remnants of war (ERW) that pose significant threats to civilians during fiscal year 201 8.
