INL seeks to support activities that counter wildlife trafficking in Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, Namibia, Uganda, and Zambia that build upon Sub-Saharan Africa's civilian law enforcement capacities and capabilities by (1) Increasing interdiction of illicit trade, (2) Building investigative
