2020 Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru Full Proposal

Proposed activities should primarily support any of the following populations of concern:
Venezuelan refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.

Combined proposals that also target victims of internal displacement and confinement in Colombia, or

credit:


combined proposals that also target Colombian refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants in Ecuador, will also be considered.

All proposed programs should target the most vulnerable and under-served groups among the population(s) of concern.

Such groups may include, but are not limited to, children, particularly unaccompanied and separated children and adolescents; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or intersex (LGBTI) individuals; older persons; the sick; persons with disabilities; members of minority communities, such as indigenous persons and Afro-Colombians; and survivors, or those at risk, of gender-based violence.

Programs must demonstrate what steps have been taken to meet the specific and unique protection and assistance needs of these vulnerable groups effectively.

Proposals must support one or more of the following program areas:
1. Humanitarian Protection and Assistance and 2. Interim and Durable Solutions.
